Our Transparent Policies

- Pick up available strictly via appointment only and arranged prior to pick up each time, from Tullamarine or Mickleham Victoria and must be picked up within 2 weeks, otherwise storage fees will incur.
Tullamarine pick up notice required the day before.
- Turnaround time is generally 24-48hrs. If an order is needed earlier, please contact us first before ordering.
- We are closed on Sundays including for pick ups
- No refunds as vinyl is cut to order
